Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

• In the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
